The i.d.e.a. Museum is a non-profit organization, and we understand the value of supporting community organizations that align with our mission. We are honored to consider requests to donate passes for use in fundraisers and silent auctions.
Please note that we receive a large volume of requests. It is not possible for us to donate to every organization that requests tickets, and some requests may be denied. We will donate to a specific organization only once per year. Please do not send multiple requests. Out-of-State requests will not be considered.
All donation requests must be submitted online by clicking below. Requests must be received 30 days in advance of the event. You will receive an e-mail from us with the status of your request within 30 days of submission.
To request pass donations, pleaseemail us with your organization's name and information about your fundraiser/event, as well as your contact information, date of the event, number of expected attendees and website link. You will be contacted by e-mail whether or not the request is approved..

**Donated admission passes are valid only during regular business hours. Expiration date is located on the pass. Passes are not valid for tours or groups and cannot be used on any exhibition’s opening day nor weekend that immediately follow (Friday – Sunday).
