Roy and Koryn are a husband and wife art team making art together since 2008. The work they make as Fireweather Studio focuses on the idea of "small, but part of the whole." Every individual unique, and integral in the communication, flow and survival of the ecosystem. They often shift the scale of the object, allowing participants of any age to feel little. They look at our landscape and the creatures around us to create interactive, immersive and intergenerational spaces that create a sense of belonging. They continue to experiment with techniques and technologies to make work which has greater reach and can engage audiences in multi-sensory forms. They seek to bring more people into the idea that art is for everyone and can be everywhere.
